Your Harvard ID is your admissions pass to the many museums here at Harvard. Museums are a mainstay of the University’s cultural life, educating the public on topics as diverse as Natural History to Archaeology and Ethnology. One museum in particular, The Fisher Museum/Harvard Forest, is a great place to visit if you find yourself in Petersham, MA. The museum is known for twenty three exquisitely constructed dioramas, seven of which depict changes in the New England landscape over the past 300 years at one location. The forest’s 3000 acres are open to the public via an extensive trail system, maps of which can be found on their site.
