NEW TO UCIO
As a new UCIO employee you will be asked to attend a UCIO sponsored orientation soon after your hire date in order to acquaint you with the wealth of opportunities and information available at Harvard and within UCIO. A New Hire Packet which will include weekly/monthly publications (The Harvard Gazette, The Resource) as well as other numerous pamphlets will be explained and shared during this one and a half hour session. You will receive a hard copy of the UCIO New Employeee Handbook during the orientation, however you can always refer to the online version here. Plase note that in depth Medical and Dental plan benefits will not be covered during the session as the Office of Human Resources (OHR) University Orientation, for which you will be automatically registered, is geared towards delivery of this information.
